USSP East Regional Pickleball Tournament 2025: The 2025 USSP East Regional Championship, presented by Humana, will be held September 12–14, 2025, at The Hub in Orange Park, Florida. The event is a key qualifier for the US Senior Pickleball National Championship scheduled for December 2025 at Pictona. Registration closes September 7 at 9:00 p.m. EST.
Registration and Membership
Players can join the event for $65, with an added $20 per event during early registration. After August 12, late registration rises to $80 plus $20 per event. US Senior Pickleball members receive a $10 discount. Membership costs $20 per year, with multi-year discounts available. Only members may qualify for Nationals.
Event Schedule
Competition will run across three days:
Friday, September 12: Men’s Doubles and Women’s Singles
Saturday, September 13: Mixed Doubles
Sunday, September 14: Women’s Doubles and Men’s Singles
Divisions and Formats
The tournament includes two age-based divisions:
Masters Division (50–64): Formats range from double round robins to pool play, depending on the number of teams. Games vary between one game to 11 or 15 points, and best two-of-three formats. Medals will be awarded in all brackets.
Legends Division (65–80+): Follows similar structures with round robins, pool play, and playoff matches. Games are decided either in one game to 15 or best two-of-three to 11, with medals for top finishers.
Rules and Policies
The tournament will follow US Senior Pickleball competition standards. Officials reserve the right to adjust brackets, formats, or schedules if needed. The policy states that “US Senior Pickleball reserves the right to refuse service at any time.”
Refunds are available until August 1, 2025, with a $15 processing fee. Emergency refunds may be considered with documentation and tournament director approval.
