Pickleball Rangeley Grand Opening Event: Pickleball Rangeley, LLC, a new full-service pickleball facility at 2268 Main Street, will officially open on Friday, Oct. 10. The Grand Opening and Open House event begins at 10 a.m. and will continue through Sunday, Oct. 12, offering visitors a chance to tour the facility, play on the courts, and learn about memberships.
Facility Features and Amenities
The facility includes three regulation-sized pickleball courts with safety zones and permanent nets. Visitors will also find ball machines for practice, paddles for rent, balls for purchase, lockers, handicap-accessible restrooms, and other pickleball merchandise. The center is designed to accommodate both casual players and those seeking competitive play.
Owner’s Vision and Experience
Jackie Patnode, owner of Pickleball Rangeley, said,
“Those of us that play pickleball, love pickleball. The community, the exercise and the pursuit of getting better fills my life and the lives of my pickleball friends with richness. It can be competitive but also just fun.”
Patnode added,
“With the help of my pickleball friend, Carla McNally, access to our membership portal is convenient and easy.”
Grand Opening Activities
The Grand Opening and Open House will run Friday through Sunday, Oct. 10–12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visitors are encouraged to bring their paddles and court shoes to enjoy free play. Paddles will also be available to borrow. Staff will provide information about memberships and services.
