Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Unveils Major Pickleball Expansion—10 Courts Coming Soon

Sandestin Pickleball Courts Expansion: Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort broke ground Tuesday on a major expansion of its pickleball facilities at the resort’s Tennis Center. The project will add four new dedicated courts with lighting and landscaping, bringing the total to 10 courts. Completion is expected in November 2025.

Expansion Details and Access

The nearly half-million-dollar project is led by Cajun Courts, a recognized builder of tennis and pickleball facilities. The new courts will be available for pay-to-play and for members of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort’s Tennis Club and Pickleball Club. The expansion will support tournaments, events, and year-round play.

Community and Leadership Support

Todd Hanson, director of tennis and pickleball at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, said,

“I am very excited for our membership, homeowners, and resort guests to be able to play on dedicated pickleball courts to further develop their skills. I am thankful for working with ownership and Cajun Courts to bring more pickleball courts to Sandestin. I look forward to further growing the pickleball experience for all levels of the game.”
