Jacobs Park Pickleball Fall Programs: The Town of Yucca Valley Recreation has released its full fall pickleball schedule at Jacobs Park. Programs are open to players of all ages and skill levels, offering opportunities to learn, improve, and compete. Sign-ups for all sessions are currently available.
New Pickleball Mindset Class
The new Pickleball Mindset class focuses on mental strategies to improve on-court performance. Participants will learn routines to stay calm before serving, manage missed shots, and maintain focus and positivity during play.
Competitive Play with Ladder League
For competitive players, the four-week Pickleball Ladder League offers Mixed Doubles Round Robin play. Two skill levels are available for intermediate and advanced players, allowing teams to challenge themselves and improve their ranking.
Clinics and Drills for Beginners and Intermediates
Pickleball clinics and drills are offered for beginners and intermediate players. Four-week sessions emphasize consistency, accuracy, balance, and strategic play to help players refine their skills and gain confidence on the court.
Public Access at Jacobs Park
Jacobs Park courts remain open for public use. Keys can be purchased at the Yucca Valley Recreation Office or Town Hall for $5 through December 2025 and $15 starting January 2026. Keys are valid for three years and allow access for practice and casual play outside of scheduled programs.
