The 2nd Annual Fall Village Pickle Open Tournament will take place on October 4 and October 5, 2025, at Village Pickle Loudoun, located at 1606 Village Market Boulevard SE, Suite C-115, in Leesburg, Virginia. Registration closes on September 26, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. EST. The entry fee is $25.
Tournament Divisions and Format
The event will feature women’s singles and doubles, men’s singles and doubles, and mixed doubles. Each category will offer 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5 skill divisions. Players of all levels are welcome to join. The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust or combine brackets and to move players to the appropriate division if needed. When partners have different skill levels, teams must play in the higher-rated bracket.
Registration and Service Fees
Participants must pay a $5 service fee for one event or $10 for two or more events. This fee is separate from the $25 registration cost. The PickleballBrackets.com processing fee of $5 per event is nonrefundable. Players can register and manage their entries directly on the PickleballBrackets.com website.
Refund Policy and Withdrawals
Cancellations will be accepted until September 26, 2025, but a $25 handling charge will apply. No refunds will be issued after registration closes for any reason. Players who need to withdraw must log in to their PickleballBrackets.com account to cancel their event selections. The notice advises, “Please do not write an email to the Tournament Director to withdraw unless it is less than 2 weeks prior to event.”
