THE AUTUMN OPEN Pickleball Tournament: Ace Pickleball Solon will host a pickleball tournament on Sunday, September 28, featuring men’s, women’s, and mixed divisions for various skill levels. Players must check in at the Ace Pickleball front desk and complete all required waivers to participate.
Registration and Waivers
Upon arrival, players will be directed to the CJN registration table to pick up a t-shirt, a free guest pass to Ace Pickleball Solon, and other swag. Both the ACE Liability Waiver and CJN Liability Waiver must be read, signed, and submitted by Friday, September 26. Players without completed waivers will not be allowed to compete.
Match Times and Details
Players should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled times for a pre-play briefing. Match times are as follows:
11:30 a.m.: Men’s Intermediate (3.5) and Women’s Intermediate (3.5)
2:00 p.m.: Mixed Beginner (3.0), Mixed Intermediate (3.5), Men’s Beginner (3.0), Mixed Advanced (4.0)
4:00 p.m.: Women’s Beginner (3.0) and Men’s Advanced (4.0)
Attendance for the entire tournament is not required.
Scoring and App Tracking
All scoring will be verified by Ace Pickleball and tracked exclusively on the new CJN App. Players can follow live scoring by downloading the app from the App Store or Google Play.
Food and Refreshments
Complimentary sports beverages and refreshments will be available. The Barrio Food Truck will also be on-site throughout the day, offering tacos and sides for purchase with cash or credit.
