New Pickleball Courts in Marlborough Are on The Horizon

New Pickleball Courts in Marlborough: Marlborough is eyeing a new pickleball facility at 119 Airport Blvd., Unit 11. Ambidextrous Ventures LLC has applied for a special permit to construct a 19,950-square-foot building featuring six indoor courts, a practice court, a pro shop, and more. Project Details

The proposed development involves a 19,950-square-foot building situated on an 85,337-square-foot lot within the limited industrial zoning district. The facility will feature six indoor pickleball courts, a small practice court, a pro shop, and restrooms. Additionally, plans include an outdoor court, a picnic area, and 76 parking spaces.

City Council Review

The application was presented to the City Council on Monday, July 22, and has been forwarded to the Urban Affairs Committee. A public hearing is scheduled for Monday, August 19, to discuss the proposal further.
