New Pickleball Courts at Hallowing Point Park: Calvert County Parks & Recreation has opened a fresh set of pickleball courts at Hallowing Point Park, marking a significant enhancement to the park’s recreational offerings. The newly constructed courts are now ready for the community to enjoy. This addition shows the growing popularity of pickleball, a sport that blends elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Hallowing Point Park, situated at 4755 Hallowing Point Road in Prince Frederick, offers a diverse range of amenities. Beyond the newly opened pickleball courts, the park features playgrounds, picnic areas, a pavilion, hiking trails, and walking and jogging paths. It also boasts baseball fields, basketball courts, and tennis courts, making it a versatile destination for outdoor activities. The pickleball courts will be accessible during the park’s regular hours, providing ample opportunity for visitors to enjoy this exciting new addition to the community.
