DINX Social Club Targets Pickleball: A new upscale indoor sports venue is set to debut in Highland Park, Chicago, as DINX Social Club prepares to launch its first location. The 23,000-square-foot facility, located at 1931 Skokie Valley Road, is part of the Park Avenue Centre, formerly a Staples store, and offers prime access to U.S. Highway 41.
Amenities and Vision
The facility will feature six regulation-sized pickleball courts and three state-of-the-art golf simulators. David Sloane, founder of DINX Social Club, highlighted the growth of pickleball, stating,
“In addition to the North Shore’s thriving golf community, Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the U.S. We are eager to help raise the profile of the fastest-growing sport in America across the North Shore and throughout Chicagoland.” – (Sloane)
Site Selection and Development
Cushman & Wakefield’s Chris Bobowski, who played a key role in securing the lease, remarked on the location choice:
“We evaluated prospective locations across Chicago’s Northside suburbs and ultimately found the ideal fit in Highland Park.” – (Bobowski)
The new venue promises to enhance the local sports scene, combining the popularity of golf with the fast-growing appeal of pickleball.
