Tournament Schedule
Saturday, September 21, 2024:
- Men’s Doubles: Divided into skill levels of 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0+

- Mixed Doubles: Divisions include 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0+
- Coed Singles: Features skill levels of 3.0-4.0 and 4.0+

Registration Details

- Registration Fee: $60.00 per event
Players should register based on their skill level, with a requirement to use the higher-rated partner’s skill level for doubles and mixed doubles. Ratings from PickleballBrackets.com or USAPA UTPR will be used to determine placement, with verification by the club at registration.
Tournament Format
- Events with 8+ Teams: Teams are divided into seeded pools with top teams advancing to playoff rounds.
- Events with 7 Teams or Less: Teams will compete in a Round Robin format.
- Skill Level and Team Registration: For doubles and mixed doubles, teams must register based on the higher-rated partner. Incomplete teams will be waitlisted, with a three-day window for the second partner to complete registration.
Refund and Replacement Policy
- Refunds: Available minus a $10 processing fee for withdrawals up to September 10, 2024. No refunds after September 11, 2024.
- Replacement Players: Entry fees can be transferred to a replacement of similar skill level up to the morning of the event.
