Denver Welcomes Mile Hi Pickleball, New Indoor Hub

Denver Welcomes Mile Hi Pickleball: Mile Hi Pickleball is set to make a significant impact on Denver’s Central Park, with the opening of a new indoor pickleball facility. Housed within the Havana 37 Business Center, this location has already garnered attention, not only for its strategic placement but also for the $17.95 million price tag attached to the property earlier this month, according to public records.

Comprehensive Offerings for All Levels

Mile Hi Pickleball isn’t just another facility; it’s designed to be a hub for both beginners and seasoned players alike. The facility will feature drop-in play opportunities, organized leagues, special events, and competitive tournaments. For those new to the sport, beginner lessons will be available, ensuring that anyone can pick up a paddle and join in the fun. Additionally, visitors can enjoy a selection of beer, wine, and light snacks, making it a social destination as much as a sporting one.

We looked for over a year to find a location in or near Central Park because we live, work and play in this neighborhood, and we saw the demand for it here,” said Tricia Houston, chief pickle officer at Mile Hi Pickleball, in an email. “The Denver metro area and NE Denver is basically a pickleball desert so we wanted it to be in this area to help grow the sport.

Expanding Beyond the Court

The company has bigger plans than just sports. Adjacent to the championship court, a large rentable space will be available for parties, gatherings, and corporate events. This addition shows Mile Hi Pickleball’s commitment to becoming a versatile venue in Denver, catering not just to sports enthusiasts but also to those looking to host memorable events in a unique setting.

A Vision for Accessibility

Our goal at Mile Hi Pickleball is to make the sport accessible to everyone,” said the company in a statement. This mission statement reflects their broader aim to build a welcoming environment, where the community can engage with the sport regardless of skill level or experience.
