PickleRoo Hits Jacksonville: The PickleRoo Festival is set to make its debut on Saturday, November 23, 2024, transforming downtown Jacksonville into a hub of pickleball excitement and festive activities. Scheduled at the Toon Town venue, just two blocks from the Jacksonville Jaguars stadium, this first event promises a dynamic blend of sport and celebration.

Activities and Attractions

The festival will cater to pickleball enthusiasts of all levels, offering a range of activities from expert-led clinics to open play matches on professional courts. Attendees can also explore a vibrant vendor village showing the latest pickleball gear, indulge in a variety of food trucks, enjoy a beer garden, and immerse themselves in art exhibitions and live music. The highlight of the day will be After-Dark Glow-Play, where illuminated courts provide a unique, nocturnal pickleball experience.

Future Plans

Organizers have ambitious plans to expand the PickleRoo Festival into a traveling series across the Southeast and beyond starting in 2025.
