Ironwood Park Pickleball Courts Delayed: Resurfacing Extended Due to Rain

Ironwood Park Pickleball Courts Delayed: Ironwood Park’s tennis and pickleball courts will remain closed through the weekend, extending the initial closure period. Originally scheduled to reopen by Friday, September 6, the resurfacing project has been delayed due to recent rainfall.

Revised Reopening Date

The new target for the courts to reopen is 8 a.m. on Monday, September 9. The extension is a result of the unexpected weather conditions, which have impeded the resurfacing process.

Further Accessibility Adjustments

Beginning at noon on Monday, the east entrance to the pickleball courts will be closed for sidewalk and concrete updates. Players will still be able to access the courts through the west side of the facility.
