Pickleball Kingdom Targets its Debut in Georgia: Pickleball Kingdom is making significant strides with its latest expansion, setting its sights on Watkinsville, Georgia. The new facility will be situated at the intersection of Hog Mountain Road and Macon Highway, covering a substantial 45,000 square feet. Slated for a grand opening in late summer 2025, the club will boast 16 state-of-the-art indoor pickleball courts, enhancing the local pickleball scene.

Franchisee Background

Leading this expansion are franchisees Dave Moran and Eric Middleton, co-owners of Wreak Havoc Sports. Both bring a robust background and enthusiasm to their roles. Eric Middleton is a competitive pickleball player with over 30 years of experience in technology sales, starting his career in San Francisco during the early ’90s.

He currently resides in Buckhead, GA, with his family. Dave Moran, a former competitive squash player and a PPR-certified coach, has transitioned to pickleball with fervor. Moran, a private wealth advisor with CFP and CEPA designations, has been a resident of Atlanta for 20 years and lives there with his family.
