The pickleball tournament will take place from October 25 to October 28, 2024. This event is set to attract competitive players across singles and doubles divisions.
Registration Requirements and Player Responsibilities
To participate in the tournament, players are required to:
- Register and pay their fees for singles events.
- Ensure that both players in a doubles team are registered and have paid their fees.
Teams or players who fail to complete the registration and payment process may be moved to the waitlist. It is the responsibility of the players to ensure that all registration requirements are met.
Additional Information
- Pets must be on a leash if brought to the venue.
- SPA members will have the opportunity to preregister from July 8 to July 12, 2024, and will benefit from a $15 discount on their tournament fees.
Refund Policy
Players who withdraw before the close of registration will receive a refund minus a $5 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the registration period ends.

As the tournament is an outdoor event, it will proceed depending on weather conditions. Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances affect the event, organizers will strive to complete matches. If interruptions occur, decisions on how to proceed will be made on a case-by-case basis.
