Indoor Pickleball Court Arrives in Chapel Hills Mall: Chapel Hills Mall is set to become a new hub for pickleball enthusiasts with the upcoming addition of indoor courts. Peak Pickleball is preparing to occupy the former Burlington Coat Factory space on the west side of Dillard’s, promising year-round access to the sport.
Facility Details
The new pickleball facility will feature an impressive array of amenities, including four Championship courts measuring 34 x 64 meters and 19 recreational courts sized 32 x 62 meters. Additionally, there will be one private court, ADA accessibility, and a high-grade sound system. Peak Pickleball aims to cater to players of all skill levels, offering league events and open play.
Site Inspection and Preview Day
An inspection was conducted on Wednesday, September 11, by the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (PPRBD), which provided progress photos of the construction. Peak Pickleball will host a preview day for interested parties on Sunday, September 15, from 4-7 p.m. While the courts will not be open for play yet, attendees will have the chance to tour the facility and one lucky visitor will win a Founders Membership valued at $3,000.
