Elks Playfield Pickleball Courts: The City Parks & Recreation Department  is thrilled to announce the completion of the pickleball court renovation at Elks Playfield. The project, which focused on revitalizing the local courts, included extensive asphalt repairs to the two center courts and a full resurfacing of all six courts. Private Donation Drives the Project

A significant part of the project was made possible by a generous $30,000 donation from a private citizen, helping to reduce the financial burden on the city. The City of Port Angeles contributed the remaining funds, bringing the total project cost to $43,015.50. The renovation work was expertly carried out by Rainbow Sweepers, Inc., a local contractor based in Port Angeles.
