The Picklr has signed a lease for a substantial 26,279-square-foot space located at The Shoppes of Hunt Club, specifically at 474 S. Hunt Club Blvd. in Apopka.

This important transaction was facilitated by a skilled team of real estate professionals. Amy Foote and Glen Jaffee from Cushman & Wakefield, along with Drew Haynie from the subsidiary Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, played pivotal roles in representing The Picklr franchisee, Waymor Sports. On the other side of the negotiation table, Bobby Bridges of V3 Commercial Advisors represented the landlord, V3 HC Retail LLC. Their combined efforts ensured a smooth leasing process, marking a promising start for The Picklr in Central Florida.
