From October 11 to October 13, 2024, the Tattnall Pickleball Center in Macon, Georgia, will serve as the venue for the annual Home Court Pickleball Tournament. This event was established by the Macon Area Habitat for Humanity in 2019 to raise funds for their mission: putting God’s love into action by building homes, communities, and hope. Pickleball Tournament Schedule
Participants are required to check in each day they compete. The tournament schedule is as follows:
- Friday, October 11 (“Home Court Under Construction”):
Attendees can join from 6 PM to 8 PM for a chance to compete or hone their skills on the court. This session is free and open to everyone, not just those who are registered. - Saturday, October 12 (Men’s and Women’s Doubles) & Sunday, October 13 (Mixed Doubles):
- 8 AM: Registration opens
- 8:30 AM: Check-in concludes
- 8:45 AM: Welcome remarks
- 9 AM: Tournament begins
A raffle will also take place during the tournament, providing participants with a chance to win various prizes. Refunds are available until September 10, but organizers encourage players to consider donating their fees to support the mission of the Macon Area Habitat.
