Registration Details
Participants can register for one event, with the option to compete in a second event for an additional $10.

All brackets, except singles on Friday, will consist of doubles events. It’s essential for players to secure a partner for doubles; if registering solo, participants must have their partner register within seven days to avoid being placed on the waitlist.

Refund Policy

- Full Refund Requests: Must be submitted in writing before October 1, 2024, subject to a $5 processing fee.
- No Refunds After: October 1, 2024
- Weather Contingency: As an outdoor pickleball event, there is no backup indoor option. However, efforts will be made to continue the event during rain delays, with evening play possible if necessary. Saturday’s events may be rescheduled to Sunday if needed.
In the event of cancellation due to weather, players will still receive their swag bags.
