Leading this ambitious expansion is a dedicated local family ownership group, deeply rooted in New Jersey. With strong ties to Union County, the regional development team brings a wealth of diverse experience spanning various industries, including sports, entertainment, and business administration. One member of the group boasts over 25 years in management within the global tools supply sector, while another has spent 40 years in the commercial and residential fire and security industry.

The team is further supported by an administrative assistant with extensive expertise, a real estate agent active throughout New Jersey, and a specialist in ticket sales and service. Their collective knowledge in operations, logistics, and community relations, along with their profound connection to the local market, positions them as the ideal team to spearhead Dill Dinkers’ growth in New Jersey.

Since its inception in November 2022 in Columbia, Maryland, Dill Dinkers has been at the forefront of the pickleball phenomenon, establishing state-of-the-art dedicated indoor pickleball clubs. With five company-owned locations in Maryland and Virginia, Dill Dinkers has signed developers in states including Texas, Washington D.C., North Carolina, Connecticut, South Carolina, Arizona, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, and Pennsylvania since launching its nationwide franchise program last September.
