A New Era for Texas Pickleball

As an official DUPR club, SCP DFW Indoor Pickleball Kingdom stands firmly committed to inclusivity, fair competition, and the cultivation of champions through skill development and teamwork. This year marks a significant milestone, as Texas teams made their debut at the NTPL Championships in only their second year of existence.

The recent successes of these teams continue to stoke the enthusiasm surrounding pickleball’s rapid growth. Local players are increasingly inspired to participate in facility leagues while being captivated by the team league format, which offers competition against other facilities and leads to playoffs at city, sectional, and national levels. However, a significant challenge arises: a shortage of available courts to accommodate the surging demand.

As the Fall 2024 season starts, TTPL is ready to expand into new cities and launch FleX Leagues for individual players, ensuring the continued growth of this beloved sport.
