Schedule of Events
Participants can look forward to an exciting weekend of pickleball matches, with the following schedule:
- Saturday, November 2: Men’s and Women’s Doubles
- Sunday, November 3: Mixed Doubles
Competition each day may begin as early as 8:00 AM. Specific start times for each event will be posted and emailed to players approximately one week prior to the tournament.
Tournament Format
The tournament will feature a round-robin format of play. Medal rounds will follow the round-robin matches if the bracket size exceeds three teams.
Tournament management reserves the right to combine brackets if necessary to ensure playable matches, with awards based on the original division, not the combined bracket.
- Format: Round-robin with medal rounds for larger brackets
- Skill Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+
- Age Groups: 15+, 50+
Participants must compete at the skill level of the higher-rated pickleball player and in the age group of the younger player, calculated as of December 31, 2024.
Registration and Partner Policy
Players can register and identify their partners or indicate a need for one. If a partner does not register within five days, the team will be placed on the waitlist. If the identified partner registers after this grace period, the team may move back to the active list if a spot is available.
- Registration Deadline: Spots are not guaranteed until both players are registered and fees are paid.
- Self-Monitored Matches: No referees will officiate matches.
Note: Players failing to show up without prior notification to the tournament director will incur a $25 fine.

Refund Policy

- Weather Policy: There are no refunds for weather-related cancellations unless tournament cancellation insurance has been purchased.
- Refund Processing: All refunds will be issued within seven days after the tournament concludes.
