The first Victoria Ercol Memorial Foundation, VEMF Pickleball Classic is scheduled for November 9, 2024, at the Players Courtyard in Moorestown, New Jersey. This event aims to raise funds for drowning prevention through VEMF, the only water safety non-profit organization in the state. With activities designed for players of all skill levels, this pickleball tournament promises to be competitive and entertaining, with all proceeds benefiting a vital cause.

The VEMF Pickleball Classic will take place at Players Courtyard, an expansive indoor facility featuring 13 concrete courts equipped with permanent nets and lines. The pickleball event will include competitive play as well as opportunities for open play and mini-lessons from professional instructors.

For those who prefer to watch, spectator tickets are available, allowing non-players to enjoy the atmosphere, food, and raffles. The event is expected to draw a diverse crowd, fostering a sense of community while raising awareness about water safety.

Venue Features and Amenities

Players Courtyard stands out as one of the largest and most luxurious indoor pickleball clubs in the Northeast. The climate-controlled venue boasts 45-foot ceilings, LED lighting, and a comfortable 2000-square-foot courtyard for relaxation.

With divider fences between all courts, players can enjoy an unobstructed experience. The facility also features four additional courts in a separate training center room for warm-ups and practice, ensuring all participants are prepared for competition.

Registration and Refund Policy

Registration for the VEMF Pickleball Classic is priced at $50, which includes entry into two events and guarantees a minimum of three games per event.

Participants who withdraw before the registration deadline of October 30, 2024, will incur a $10 withdrawal fee. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made after this date, emphasizing the importance of committing to participation ahead of time.
