This skill-level tournament requires registration based on the player’s skill level. For doubles and mixed doubles, both players must register at the skill level of the higher-rated partner through PickleballBrackets.com.
Players without a rating can self-rate, but all ratings will be verified. The tournament reserves the right to adjust player placements based on skill level, ensuring fair competition.
Format and Rules
Events may be split by age, depending on bracket sizes, and any event with fewer than three teams will be merged with a neighboring event.
The tournament format will consist of round-robin play, followed by playoffs for the top four teams across all events. Each day of competition will kick off at 8:00 AM, with specific start times for each event communicated via email approximately one week prior to the tournament.
- Game Scoring: Games will be played to either 11 or 15 points, based on the number of participating teams. For events with larger team numbers, two or more seeded pools will be established, with the top two teams from each pool advancing to playoffs for medal determination.
To secure a guaranteed spot in mixed or doubles events, the second partner must register within seven days of the first partner’s registration. Incomplete teams will be placed on a waiting list. Once the second partner registers, they will be reinstated in the event if spots remain available.
Registration Fees
The registration fee is $50 for the first event and $20 for each additional event. A non-refundable software usage fee will also apply: $5 for one event or $10 for multiple events.
Important Notes
- Registration is not complete until the waiver is signed and fees are paid.
- Each player must finalize their registration to be included in the bracket limit.
Refund Policy
Participants who withdraw from the tournament before registration closes will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee from PickleballBrackets.com.
No refunds will be granted for withdrawals from an event if the player is registered for multiple events, and no refunds will be issued after registration closes.
