ACE Pickleball Club Hosts Pickleball Charity Event to Benefit Allen County Families

ACE Pickleball Club Hosts Pickleball Charity Event: Wellspring Interfaith Social Services is set to host its first annual Serve It Forward pickleball party, inviting the community to engage in a spirited game of pickleball while supporting low-income residents of Allen County. Scheduled for Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the ACE Pickleball Club, this event promises to blend fun with philanthropy.

Guidance and Open Play

Attendees will have the opportunity to receive guidance from pickleball professionals, making it an excellent chance for beginners and seasoned players to sharpen their skills.

In addition to organized play, participants can enjoy open play sessions, allowing them to connect with fellow pickleball fans. Food and drink will also be available, enhancing the festive atmosphere of the event.

Activities for All Ages

For families attending with younger children, the pickleball event offers an alternative option. Kids aged 10 and up, who may not yet be pickleball fans, can head next door to Power Up Action Park for a range of fun activities. This ensures that everyone in the family can partake in a day of enjoyment and community spirit.

Supporting Local Needs

The $75 admission fee not only covers the cost of participation but also contributes to Wellspring’s broader mission.

As a faith-based organization, Wellspring provides essential services to low-income residents in the area, including a food bank, a youth after-school program, and a community closet. The funds raised during the pickleball party will directly support these vital initiatives.
