Registration Details
Registration will close on November 22, 2024. The registration cost is $50, but early registration is available for just $35 until September 30. After November 29, the fee will increase to $65, encouraging participants to sign up early to secure their spots. A $15 per event fee applies for each division, including Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles, and others. All registered players will receive a tournament t-shirt, with sizes needing to be submitted in their player profiles by the November 22 deadline.

Participants will compete in skill levels ranging from 2.5 to 5.0 across various age categories, with age and skill brackets finalized after the registration deadline.
Match Format
The pickleball tournament will utilize a Round Robin format, with the top three or more seeded teams advancing to playoff rounds for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals. In non-pool events, brackets of 3 may follow a double Round Robin format, while larger brackets will employ different match formats based on team numbers. Events with 8 or more players may be divided into pools for a more structured competition.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be available up to two weeks before the tournament registration closing date, minus a $15 processing fee. Emergency-based refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, no refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations. In the event of weather delays, organizers will attempt to reschedule matches as necessary.
