The Bay Area Racquet Club is thrilled to host the Santa Saturday Indoor Pickleball Classic on December 7, 2024, at the Hometown Heroes Park & Recreation Facility in League City, Texas. This indoor pickleball tournament promises a fun-filled day of pickleball, free from weather-related disruptions.
Registration Details and Costs
Registration for the pickleball event starts on July 3, 2024, and will close on December 4. The entry fee is set at $45 per player, making it an affordable opportunity for all pickleball players.
Pickleball players are encouraged to sign up for multiple categories, including Ladies Open Doubles, Men’s Open Doubles, Mixed Open Doubles, and 50+ Entry Level Ladies Doubles.
Tournament Format and Rules
Participants can expect Round Robin Bracket Play, which will determine the medal rounds. Depending on the number of players, participants can anticipate between three to six rounds of play throughout the tournament. All scores will be recorded in the DUPR system for tracking performance.
Prizes and Amenities
Medals will be awarded to the top three teams in draws of eight or more teams, while first and second place will be recognized in draws of seven or fewer teams.
Every participant will receive a player gift, and complimentary bottled water, Gatorade, and light snacks will be provided throughout the day.
Additional Information
The start times of all the matches are subject to change, and events may be merged or split depending on registration numbers. No refunds will be issued after November 24, 2024.
