Organized by Midnight Sun Pickleball, this one-day event at Daniel B. Chaires Park invites pickleball enthusiasts to participate in Mixed Doubles in the morning and Men’s and Women’s Doubles in the afternoon. All proceeds from the registration fees will go directly towards fulfilling life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses across the northwest region of Florida.
Registration and Fees
Registration for the tournament will open on October 22, 2024, with an early bird fee of $45 available until November 8. After that date, the registration cost will increase to $55, and players who wish to enter more than one event will incur an additional $10 fee for each extra event. Participants will receive a complimentary Make-A-Wish T-shirt, with early registrants guaranteed their preferred size if they sign up by November 24. To secure their spots, both partners must register and pay in full within seven days; otherwise, they will be placed on a waiting list.
Tournament Format
The Pickleball tournament will feature a round-robin format, with the top teams advancing to the playoffs. Players are guaranteed a minimum of three games per event, and division start times will be announced one week prior to the tournament.
