Registration and Fees
Registration opens on October 28, 2024, and will close on November 29, 2024. The cost to enter the tournament is $50, which must be paid in full before the registration deadline. It’s important to note that participants will incur a mandatory, non-refundable service fee of $5.00 charged by the tournament software, Pickleball Brackets. This fee is separate from the tournament entry fee and is non-refundable in the event of a withdrawal.
Skill Level and Tournament Format
Competitors will be categorized based on their skill levels, and each team must compete at the level of the higher-rated player. Players who do not sign up for the appropriate event based on their DUPR rating may be automatically reassigned to a higher skill level. The tournament directors reserve the right to adjust the format and rules as necessary to ensure a smooth and fair competition.
Refund Policy and Prize Money
Refunds are available until the registration close date, minus the mandatory service fee. After registration closes, no refunds will be processed. The prize purse will depend on the number of participants, and in cases where brackets do not meet the minimum requirement of four teams, adjustments may be made, including combining brackets or canceling events.
