Tournament Format and Schedule
The tournament will follow a round-robin format, allowing players to face off against all teams in their bracket. The event schedule is as follows:
- November 8 (Friday): Men’s and Women’s Singles
- November 9 (Saturday): Men’s and Women’s Doubles
- November 10 (Sunday): Mixed Doubles
After the round-robin play, the top finishers from each bracket will advance to a single-elimination medal bracket to compete for gold, silver, and bronze medals.

Additional Notes
Participants should ensure their partners register within 14 days of their registration to secure a spot in doubles or mixed doubles events. Failure to do so will result in the team being moved to the waiting list.
Refund Policy
It’s important to note the refund policy: a non-refundable service fee of $5 or $10 applies depending on the number of events entered.
Withdrawals before November 1, 2024, will incur an additional $10 processing charge, while no refunds will be issued for withdrawals after this date.
