Tournament Format
This pickleball event features a round-robin format, ensuring that all players experience multiple matches. Groups will be divided by age and skill level, accommodating participants of all abilities. This pickleball tournament will offer medals for gold, silver, and bronze for the top teams.
Following the regular tournament on Saturday, participants can join in a unique black light pickleball social, included at no extra cost with registration. Food will be provided during the event, enhancing the community atmosphere.
Schedule of Events
- January 18 (Saturday): Men’s Doubles, Men’s Doubles Novice, Women’s Skinny Singles, and Black Light Pickleball Social.
- January 19 (Sunday): Mixed Doubles and Mixed Doubles Novice.
- January 20 (Monday): Women’s Doubles and Men’s Skinny Singles.
All players are expected to self-rate, ensuring fair competition. The tournament director reserves the right to adjust team placements based on skill levels, promoting an even playing field.
Refund Policy
Participants should note that all refunds will incur a $10 administrative fee. There are no refunds available after January 7, 2025. Weather-related cancellations will be eligible for a refund of up to 50%.
