The “Pickle for Pups” event aims to raise funds for Barkville Dog Rescue, with all proceeds going directly to support the organization’s mission of rescuing and rehabilitating dogs in need.
Event Details: Drinks, Dinks, and Competitive Play
The pickleball event kicks off on Friday, November 15, with a “Drinks & Dinks Party” from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Participants can expect an evening filled with food, drinks, live music, and opportunities to engage in clinics and drills, followed by open play sessions.
The following day, Saturday, November 16, will feature a team tournament for players with skill levels 3.0/3.5 and 4.0/4.5. A beginner’s clinic will also be held, alongside open play sessions. Medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each division, adding competition to the event.
Raffle Prizes: An Incentive to Participate
For those not participating as players, there remains a chance to contribute through the event’s raffle. A range of enticing prizes will be available, including an all-inclusive five-day, four-night Caribbean vacation for two, a round of golf for three at the prestigious Peachtree Golf Club, and a pickleball lesson with renowned player Zane Navratil.
