Tournament Format
The pickleball tournament will utilize a round robin format for all skill and age categories, with playoffs for gold, silver, and bronze medals for skill levels 3.0 to 4.5+. Age brackets will be determined following the close of registration, aiming for categories such as under 50, 50-59, and 60+.
Players will self-rate and must compete at or above their Pickleball Brackets Rating (PBR). Players may play up a maximum of 0.5 from their profile rating. The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust ratings if necessary.
The pickleball event will feature indoor play on up to 12 permanent pickleball courts using the Franklin X40 ball.
Registration Details
- Early Registration: $45 + $15/event through November 30, 2024
- Standard Registration: $60 + $15/event through January 9, 2025
- Late Registration: $75 + $15/event after registration closes (beginning January 10)
To ensure a complete team, partners must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist. The tournament may close registration at any time if the maximum number of participants is reached.
Refund Policy
Withdrawals will incur a $10 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after the registration closes. If an event is canceled due to weather conditions, participants may receive up to a 50% refund.
