Jennie Stuart Wound Healing Blue Ribbon Tournament – Hopkinsville

The Jennie Stuart Wound Healing Blue Ribbon Tournament held at the Hopkinsville Sportsplex, saw 73 participants compete on six indoor courts. The tournament was a key event for players in the area, with intense competition in various divisions.

Paddle Up Paducah at Noble Park

In Paducah, the Paddle Up Paducah Tournament at Noble Park took place with 110 participants, utilizing eight dedicated courts. The event proved to be a major success, with competitors facing off in a range of categories.

The 2024 Lapiplasty Pickleball World Championships – Farmers Branch, TX

The 2024 Lapiplasty Pickleball World Championships in Farmers Branch, Texas, attracted over 3,500 participants, making it one of the largest events in the pickleball community. Held on 70 courts, the championship showed some of the top talent from across the nation.

Notably, local players Dax Myhand and Jason Jones earned a Golden Ticket at the CIBC PPA Atlanta Slam earlier in the summer, securing their spot in the tournament’s 3.5 Men’s Doubles (50-59 years) division.
