- Saturday: Mixed Skill/Age Doubles and Mixed Pro Open.
- Sunday: Women’s Skill/Age Doubles and Men’s Pro Open.

The event will take place at the Illahe Country Club, located at 2855 NW 29th St, Corvallis, Oregon, 97330. Parking is free, and the pickleball courts are conveniently located downhill, to the left of the clubhouse. Overflow parking is available near the clubhouse.
Policies and Prize Money
The tournament adheres to USAP rules. Refund policies include:
- Full refunds available until February 1, 2025.
- 50% refunds for cancellations between November 1-15, 2024.
- No refunds after February 24, 2025.
Prize money will be awarded for Open Events, with amounts contingent on the number of teams registered in each bracket.
