Pickleball Event Schedule
The competition features dedicated time slots for different skill levels, ensuring smooth transitions and adequate playtime. Participants can enjoy free open play on December 6 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, setting the stage for an exciting weekend of pickleball.
- Men’s and Women’s Doubles (Saturday, December 7):
- 3.0 Women’s: 8:00 AM
- 3.0 Men’s: 10:00 AM
- 3.5 Women’s: 12:00 PM
- 3.5 Men’s: 2:00 PM
- 4.0 Women’s and Men’s: 4:00 PM
- Mixed Doubles (Sunday, December 8):
- 3.0 Doubles: 9:00 AM
- 3.5 Doubles: 11:30 AM
- 4.0 Doubles: 2:00 PM
Matches will follow a round-robin format, with Selkirk Pro S1 balls used for all games. Medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each category.
Rules and Registration Policies
Players must register at the higher-rated partner’s skill level, using their published DUPR. Teams are required to complete registration within two days of the first partner’s sign-up to secure their spot.
- Format: Round Robin
- Medals: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places
- Skill Level Rule: Up to a 1.0 difference between partners allowed
- Registration Deadline for Teams: Two days after initial registration
In the event of a tiebreaker, IFP standards will determine outcomes, with criteria including head-to-head records and point differentials.
Venue and Amenities
Shadow Valley’s indoor tennis hard courts, equipped with portable nets and taped lines, provide a professional setup for competitive play. While food and drink (except water and sports drinks) are not allowed, players can visit the on-site restaurant after matches.

Refund Policy
Refunds are available until December 4, 2024, minus a $10 processing fee. All refunds will be processed after the tournament concludes.
