Pickleball Tournament Format
This exciting one-day pickleball event will be held on seven permanent courts: five indoor and two fully tented outdoor courts. Players will participate in a round-robin format, with matches played to 15 points, win by 2. The top four teams from each bracket will progress to the playoffs, where gold, silver, and bronze winners will be determined.

Skill ratings are self-assessed, with players permitted to play up to 0.5 higher than their rating. The tournament director reserves the right to adjust ratings if necessary.

Registration and Refund Policy
Registration costs $50 until November 30, 2024, after which it will rise to $60. Any registrations received after the January 2, 2025 deadline will incur a fee of $65. Refunds are available for withdrawals before the registration deadline, with a $10 fee applied. After the registration period, no refunds will be granted unless the event is canceled due to weather, in which case up to 50% of the fee will be refunded.
