Format and Structure
The Pickleball tournament will feature round robin brackets for all divisions, with Single Elimination (SE) playoffs to determine the final winners in each category. This ensures that each team will play a minimum of five matches, allowing for a true test of skill and consistency.

- Round robin matches will be played to 15 points, win-by-2.
- Gold Medal Matches: Best of 3 games, played to 11, win-by-2.
- Qualification for OPEN Events: Players must have a 4.5 rating or higher from recognized rating authorities (PBR, DUPR), or one player per team must meet the rating requirement.

- 3.5+ Skill Levels
- Senior Events included for most skill levels.

Important Registration Information
- Registration Deadline: January 12, 2025
- Partner Registration: Players must ensure their partner registers within 7 days of their own registration. After this period, waitlisting may occur.
- Waitlist Priorities:
- Space availability in the appropriate skill/age group.
- Teams with registered partners.
- Completed and paid registrations.
- First-come, first-served based on paid registration.
The tournament director (TD) reserves the right to adjust brackets, including adding teams, at their discretion up to the start of the bracket.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refunds: No refunds will be issued within 3 days of the tournament. However, participants can withdraw with a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee and a $5 per event service fee. Refunds will be processed 7-10 days after the tournament concludes.
- Waitlist: If placed on a waitlist, players will only be charged the registration fee once moved into the event. If not moved off the waitlist, a full refund will be issued post-tournament, excluding the cancellation fees.
