Pickleball Tournament Format and Rules

The pickleball tournament will begin with pool play, where teams compete in a round-robin format, playing one game against each team in their pool. Each game will be played to 11 points, win by 1 point.

After pool play, the top teams advance to the single-elimination playoff. Seeding will be determined by the number of wins, followed by point differentials, and, if necessary, head-to-head results. The top four teams from each division will progress to the playoff, where the winners will battle for gold and silver, and the losers will compete for bronze.

DUPR Rating Requirements

All players must have a DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) account to participate. Players are expected to enter the appropriate division based on their ratings. This ensures a fair competition and prevents higher-rated players from entering lower divisions.

  • DUPR Rating Restrictions:
    • 4.99 and under: Team total rating must not exceed 10
    • 3.0 and under: Team total rating must not exceed 6
