With a distinguished career in non-profit leadership and aviation, Tony brings a strong background to the organization. His previous role as a Federal Executive for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has equipped him with the skills necessary for leading a large-scale organization, a capacity he now directs toward expanding and enhancing the senior pickleball community.

Tony Schneider holds a Bachelor’s degree in Airway Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, with a concentration in Computers, and a Master’s in Aviation Business Administration. His academic foundation, combined with his extensive professional experience, positions him to guide USSP toward continued success. In his own words, Tony expressed,
