Tournament Format and Schedule
This pickleball competition will follow a pool-round-robin format, where teams play against others in their pool. Depending on the pool’s size, some or all teams will move to the single-elimination playoff round. The tournament will be divided into singles, gender doubles, and mixed doubles events over three days, with specific brackets for each skill level.
Friday, January 24 will feature singles matches starting at 3:00 PM, while Saturday, January 25 will focus on gender doubles events starting at 8:00 AM. Mixed doubles matches are scheduled for Sunday, January 26, starting at 9:00 AM.
Refund and Registration Policies
Participants can withdraw for a refund before January 10, 2025, with fees subtracted. However, there will be no refunds for withdrawals made after this date due to adjustments in player ratings.

The tournament will be held at the Elite Pickleball Club – Clear Lake, located at 2323 Clear Lake City Blvd, Houston, TX. There is no parking fee at the venue.
