The 24th Annual All City Pickleball Tournament will be held at the Venture Out Sportsplex in Mesa, Arizona, from February 4 to February 6, 2025. The tournament will feature various doubles events, including Women’s, Men’s, and Mixed Doubles, with skill and age divisions ranging from 3.0 to 5.0. Players must have a current USA Pickleball (USAP) Championship membership to compete.
Tournament Details and Format
The tournament is a USAP Sanctioned Tier 3 event, which means it will feature official referees, all of whom are certified. The DUPR Rating System will be used to determine player rankings.
Each event will follow a double-elimination format, unless fewer than six teams enter, in which case a round-robin format will be used. Medals will be awarded based on the number of games won, with the point differential serving as a tiebreaker if necessary.
The competition is open to players aged 50 and above, and age is determined by the player’s age as of December 31, 2025. Players are encouraged to register in advance and link their DUPR accounts to their Pickleball Brackets profiles.
Registration costs $50, which includes the referee fee, and each event entered will cost an additional $10. A $5 surcharge per event will also apply.

Players must check in at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start time and show photo ID. If players cannot arrive on time due to an emergency, they should contact the tournament director.
Venue and Parking Information
This pickleball tournament will be held at the Venture Out Pickleball Complex, located at 5001 East Main Street, Mesa, Arizona. The venue features 15 outdoor, non-covered pickleball courts with a hardcourt surface. There is no parking fee, and all matches will use the Selkirk S1 Pro ball.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
The cancellation deadline is January 29, 2025. Players who withdraw by this date will incur a $15 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after January 30, 2025.
Additionally, the $5 surcharge for each event entered is non-refundable. In the event of adverse weather, if matches cannot safely proceed, the tournament director may cancel events, and no refunds will be provided.
