Grand Park to Host Pickleball Festival with Heartwarming Causes

Grand Park to Host Pickleball Festival: The Holiday Pickleball Festival is returning to Grand Park in Westfield for its second year, taking place from December 13 through January 2, 2025. Held at the Grand Park Events Center, this festival offers something for everyone, including tournaments, clinics for various skill levels, vendor booths, and opportunities for sponsorships and corporate outings.

A Collaborative Effort to Benefit the Community

Organized by the Grand National Racquet Center (GNRC), the festival is the result of a collaboration between GNRC, Indiana University pickleball coach Timber Tucker, and Grand Park Sports Campus. The event’s main focus is not only to celebrate the sport but also to raise funds for various local organizations.

The 12 Days of Thanks & Giving will include fundraising tournaments, benefiting causes like The Little Red Door Cancer Agency, Ivy Tech of Hamilton County, Westfield Youth Assistance Program, Heart and Soul Clinic, and Damar Services, among others.

Venue for Pickleball Players

The Grand Park Events Center provides a unique indoor venue during the slower winter months, offering a place for players to enjoy pickleball while supporting worthy causes. Birch Dalton, owner of GNRC, emphasized the importance of the event and its potential to attract major tournaments in the future.
