Hosted at the Huntington Convention Center, this year’s event promises exciting updates that elevate the tournament experience for players and spectators.

Exciting Changes for 2024
State-of-the-Art Courts: For the first time, all 24 courts will feature Pickle Flex Pro surfaces by Har-Tru, providing professional-grade pickleball hard courts. This upgrade ensures a top-tier playing experience for all participants.
Expanded Venue: With the use of Hall A and B at the Convention Center, players and spectators can enjoy more spacious surroundings. The additional room between courts aims to enhance the overall event atmosphere.
Officiating Enhancements: USA Pickleball credentialed officials will oversee all medal matches. During pool play, a single official will supervise three courts, ensuring fairness and consistency throughout the tournament.
Vendor Village: A larger Vendor Village will show sport-specific brands, apparel, and other merchandise, giving participants and fans an engaging shopping experience.
Live Broadcasts and Tournament Format
RESN Coverage: Rock Entertainment Sports Network will broadcast live from the championship court on Friday and Saturday from 4-7 PM. With full play-by-play and commentary, fans can follow the action on channel 22.1 over the air or via major cable and satellite platforms across Ohio.
Tournament Structure: The competition kicks off with pool play in a round-robin format, followed by tournament play for top teams. Key match details include:
- Pool Play: Best to 15, win by 2 (minimum 3 matches guaranteed).
- Bracket Play: Top teams from each pool advance to best-to-15 matches.
- Championship Match: Best two out of three games to 11, win by 2.
Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each division, while all participants receive a tournament t-shirt and a special giveaway item.
Free Admission and Community Support
Pickle in the Land is a non-ticketed event, open to the public at no charge. Ambassadors for the 2024 tournament are working tirelessly to promote the event across North America.
