Saturday, January 11, will feature men’s and women’s doubles, while Sunday, January 12, will conclude with the 55+ Mixed Doubles and mixed doubles events.
Medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each event, with first, second, and third-place winners receiving recognition for their achievements.
Registration and Pricing
The early registration fee is $65, which covers the first event and ends on December 20, 2024. After that, the price increases to $75 until December 31, 2024. Late registration costs $85 and will be available until January 5, 2025. Additional events can be added for $23 each.
Event Formats
The tournament will feature a variety of event formats based on the number of teams registered. Doubles events will either be played to 11 or 15 points, while singles matches will be rally-scored to 21 points.
After round robin play, the top 4 teams in each event will move on to the medal rounds, which include gold medal matches (best 2 out of 3 to 11 points) and bronze medal matches (one game to 15 points). If fewer than four teams register, the format may be adjusted to guarantee a minimum number of games.
Refund Policy
Players who wish to withdraw must do so by January 5, 2025, for a refund. PickleballBrackets system fees are non-refundable, and cancellation requests after this date will not be refunded.
Venue Details
The West Lane In-Shape facility in Stockton will host the tournament, offering 26 indoor and outdoor courts. The courts will be played on an asphalt surface with Franklin x40 balls. There is no parking fee, and additional parking is available near the pickleball venue.
