The project is being funded with a $415,000 grant from the Small Town Economic Assistance Program (STEAP), as reported by Tolland Town Manager Brian Foley.
A New Focus on Pickleball
These four courts at Heron Cove will be dedicated exclusively to pickleball, a growing sport. Tolland also offers combination tennis and pickleball courts at Crandall Park. That project, funded by a $500,000 STEAP grant, is also making progress to meet local demand.
