A Social League for All Skill Levels
This open pickleball league welcomes players of all genders and team combinations—whether all-male, all-female, or mixed. While the league focuses on players rated below 4.0 for a more casual atmosphere, advanced players are encouraged to stay tuned for future leagues. To ensure fair and enjoyable play, organizers aim to group teams based on skill levels.
The season runs for five weeks, followed by up to two weeks of playoffs. Games are scheduled at either 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM, with a cap of 16 teams to maintain a quality experience. Players will be guaranteed games for six weeks, providing ample opportunities to enjoy the sport and improve their skills.
Innovative Game Formats and New Equipment
Unlike traditional formats, this league features a variety of match styles, including full 60-minute games, King/Queen of the Hill, team battle royales, and more. During match play, teams will compete in the best two out of three games, playing to 11 points and winning by 2. If time runs out, the team with the most games won will be declared the winner for the evening.
Self-refereed games add to the social, community-driven feel of the league. If time permits, teams are welcome to continue with free play after official matches conclude, as long as no other teams are waiting.
Peake Social also offers discounts and deals on pickleball gear for participants looking to upgrade their equipment. Players without paddles or those interested in trying new ones can demo or purchase gear through the organization.
Special Membership Requirement
To participate in this exciting league, players must have a Lifetime Membership. However, Peake Social has partnered with Lifetime Annapolis to offer special corporate rates for new members.
