Tournament Format and Events
The tournament will feature a fun round-robin format with playoffs for gold, silver, and bronze medals in skill levels ranging from 3.0 to 4.5+. Age brackets will be created after registration closes and will include categories like under 50, 50-64, and 65+.
Players will self-rate, and they can only play up to a 0.5 higher skill level than their USA Pickleball Tournament Player Rating (UTPR). The tournament will use the Franklin X-40 ball.
The event will begin on Friday, April 11, with Senior Men’s and Women’s Doubles (50+) and a Youth event. Saturday will feature Men’s and Women’s Doubles (no age divisions), while Sunday will be reserved for Mixed Doubles. All matches will be played in a round-robin format with games won by two points, with most games played to 15.
Registration Details
Registration opens on December 15, 2024, at 8:00 PST and closes on April 2, 2025, at 11:45 PST. The registration fee is $50, with an additional $10 per event. After April 2, registration will increase to $60 plus the $10 per event. Late registrations will be accepted until the tournament reaches full capacity.

Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Assistance League of Klamath Basin, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. They provide vital services, including clothing, to families in the area. The organization relies on donations, fundraisers, and grants to support its programs.
Venue and Facilities
This pickleball tournament will be held at Harbor Isles Tennis & Fitness, which offers a 12-court indoor tennis surface. Players will compete on portable nets, and the tournament will use the Franklin X-40 ball. Parking is free, and participants will have access to the facility’s amenities during the event.
Refund Policy
A $10 admin fee will apply to all refunds. If the event is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants may receive up to a 50% refund.
