Event Details and Registration
Registration opens on December 18, 2024, and will remain open until April 13, 2025, at noon. Early registration is available for $55, which will increase to $65 starting March 1. The registration fee covers all events except for open events, which are an additional $15 each. Participants must note that a $5 service fee applies per event, up to a maximum of $10, and this fee is non-refundable.
The tournament will take place in a round-robin format with possible medal rounds in Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The three-day event will feature Women’s and Men’s Singles on Friday, Doubles on Saturday, and Mixed Doubles on Sunday.
Prize Money and Payouts
The 5.0+/Open division offers substantial prize money. Gold medalists will receive $350 per player, Silver winners will earn $250 per player, and Bronze medalists will take home $100 per player. Singles prizes include $350 for Gold, $250 for Silver, and $100 for Bronze. The prize money is contingent on at least 10 teams entering the division.
Food and Hydration
Participants will be able to enjoy complimentary snacks and water throughout the event. Lunches will be provided in box form on both Saturday and Sunday. A Hydration Station, sponsored by Denise and Johnathon Chung of Guiding Star Insurance, will offer ice, water, infused water, and fruit for players to enjoy.
Refund Policy
The deadline for withdrawing and requesting a refund is April 1, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be issued except for the non-refundable service fee. Additionally, as the event is held outdoors, no refunds will be given due to weather-related issues.
